Hey, so most of ya probably have seen these already, but Sean said these were cool to post. Did these back in the summer for my friend, Sean Galloway, for his project, Bastions 7. Me and him trade art back and forth, here and there, and one day I showed him some scripts of pieces I had not finished yet so I guess he liked em and asked me to script some backgrounds for him so, there ya go. Gotta say a lot of fun colorin Seans backgrounds perhaps more to be done in the future. As you can see I like to keep em fairly simple, thats the way I am, I find no need to get too complex with art if I dont have to, to convey a certain idea. I left it up to Caleb Sawyer , to ellaborate on my scripts and man did they look good. Go check them out here [link]
Bastions 7 is trademark Sean Galloway
So to recap, Seans drawings, my scripts and Caleb did the finishes. Was a great team up. By the way, Ill try to get to some messages soon, just been so damn busy on the railroad these days. No time for anything.
Man, your scripts for these scenes were and still are powerful. We definitely gotta do more, and man, is there a ton left . When you're more freed up by the railroad give me a buzz, and let's get this going, brutha. hope all's well!
Thanks Sean. Hah if I wait for that, I'll be waitin 26 yrs till I finally retire. If ya want me to do some scripts, Im all for doin it in my here and there, inbetween time. Unless they are deadlines on them then counting on me would unfortunately not be a good idea. Those city scenes in the webtoon boards, Id love to tackle those
Might I ask, do you first work in gray tones before putting in colors?
